MYSH Creator Display Sample Policy

1. Our Sample Program

MYSH offers selected creators complimentary display samples in exchange for agreed, high-quality photos and/or videos, with the aim of building lasting partnerships. Registration does not guarantee a sample. Custom-made jewelry is excluded.

Samples may be kept without return; agreed content commitments still apply. Using non-silver display samples keeps sample costs manageable and supports a sustainable, ongoing creator program.

2. Sample Materials

Display samples use non-sterling-silver base metals, such as copper, stainless steel, or other alloys, with plated finishes. They are separate from retail stock and may not bear an S925 hallmark. Retail purchases follow the materials specified on the relevant product page, including genuine S925 sterling silver where advertised.

MYSH selects sample materials and finishes; individual requests are not guaranteed. Creators with specific requirements should contact MYSH before accepting and may decline if the arrangements are unsuitable.

3. Intended Use & Sensitivities

Display samples are intended for content creation rather than prolonged everyday wear. MYSH cannot guarantee that they are hypoallergenic or suitable for everyone.

Raise material sensitivities before accepting. Do not wear samples containing known or suspected allergens, even briefly. Stop wearing them if irritation occurs. Alternative content arrangements may be agreed before collaboration.

4. Content Requirements

Photos and videos should be original, clear, well-lit, and thoughtfully composed. Honest opinions are required; positive reviews are not a condition.

Creators may focus on design and styling without comparing sample and retail materials in every post. Content must not imply that a non-silver sample is solid silver or otherwise misrepresent the products. Free samples and affiliate connections must be clearly disclosed where required.

5. Creator Expenses & Paid Promotion

Creators bear their independently chosen production costs, including photography, filming, editing, and third-party services, unless a separate written collaboration agreement provides otherwise.

MYSH does not require creators to purchase advertising. Any paid promotion—including advertisements, boosted posts, or promotion of affiliate links—is entirely voluntary and self-funded.

MYSH does not pay, reimburse, or share these promotion costs, including when the creator aims to increase exposure, sales, or affiliate commissions. MYSH does not guarantee advertising results, earnings, or recovery of expenditure.

Receiving a sample, submitting content, or earning commissions does not itself entitle a creator to additional payment.

6. Content Rights & Continued Collaboration

Creators retain copyright. MYSH may use content within the expressly agreed license, including any agreed advertising rights. No additional usage fees apply within that license unless separately agreed.

Future collaborations depend on content quality, fulfillment of agreed commitments, and program suitability. Specific written agreements and rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain effective.
