Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all MYSH men's jewelry purchases. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request.
To qualify for a return, your men's jewelry must be in its original, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, with all original MYSH tags attached, and must be returned with its original packaging (including the original jewelry box). A valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is also required for all return requests.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@myshjewelry.com. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions for package delivery. You may then ship the item back to the specified return address on your own, and Unsolicited returns (sent without prior approval) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your MYSH men's jewelry immediately upon delivery. If your item (such as men's necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings, earrings, or brooches) arrives defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, contact us at once at info@myshjewelry.com. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution (e.g., replacement, full refund, or free repair).

Non-Returnable Items

The following men's jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective or damaged upon delivery):
  • Sale/clearance MYSH men's jewelry items (including necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings, earrings, brooches)
  • Custom/personalized MYSH men's jewelry (e.g., engraved rings, custom-sized bracelets, personalized necklaces, pendants, earrings, brooches)
  • Personal care accessories paired with men's jewelry (if applicable)
  • MYSH gift cards

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange service, we recommend initiating a return request for your original MYSH men's jewelry (necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings, earrings, brooches) first. Once your return is approved and we receive your unused item, you may place a separate order for the new piece you wish to purchase. We do not offer direct exchange processing for convenience and efficiency.

Refunds

We will notify you via email as soon as we receive and inspect your returned MYSH men's jewelry to confirm if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna).
Please note: Refund processing times are determined by your bank/credit card company and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account after we issue the refund. We do not control third-party payment processor timelines and appreciate your patience.
