These Terms of Service govern your use of the MYSH website, your purchase of MYSH products, and your relationship with us when using our services. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, Refund, and Privacy Policies.
This website is operated by MYSH. Throughout the site, the terms “MYSH,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MYSH and the parties operating the MYSH online store and related services.
By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, submitting information, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding purchase agreement.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, materials, dimensions, finishes, colors, stones, weights, photographs, and other product information accurately.
Because jewelry may include handmade, natural, oxidized, polished, textured, stone-set, or individually finished elements, minor variations may occur between products.
Screen settings, lighting, photography, natural material variation, production tolerances, and finishing processes may also affect perceived color, texture, or appearance.
Such reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
Product materials are identified on the applicable product page. Natural stones, oxidized silver, patinated finishes, handmade details, and similar materials or treatments may vary naturally between pieces.
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish or oxidize over time because of exposure to air, moisture, skin chemistry, chemicals, cosmetics, or environmental conditions.
Natural tarnish, patina development, and ordinary surface wear are not generally considered manufacturing defects.
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available on the website.
Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and offers may change without prior notice, but changes will not normally affect an order already accepted by MYSH except where required to correct an obvious error or comply with applicable law.
MYSH product prices are tax-inclusive where applicable. Additional destination-specific customs or import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy .
Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order may be subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory availability, customization requirements, shipping restrictions, and other reasonable verification procedures.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or listing errors, prohibited transactions, unavailable items, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent lawful or reasonable fulfillment.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy .
Available payment methods may vary by country, device, currency, checkout configuration, and payment provider.
Depending on availability, payment methods may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, Bancontact, and other payment services displayed at checkout.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers and are also subject to the provider's applicable terms, policies, authorization procedures, and security checks.
We may use reasonable fraud-prevention and transaction-verification measures to protect customers and MYSH.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, eligibility requirements, dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, or usage limits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combinable, and may not apply retroactively.
MYSH may correct, suspend, or withdraw a promotion where there is an obvious error, technical malfunction, misuse, fraud, or other reasonable operational need, subject to applicable law.
Customized, engraved, personalized, resized, or made-to-order products may require additional production, preparation, inspection, and fulfillment time.
Customers are responsible for reviewing customization details, engraving content, sizing, spelling, symbols, and other submitted specifications before the order is finalized.
Once production or customization has begun, cancellation, return, or modification may be restricted except where the product is defective, incorrectly produced, or applicable law provides otherwise.

MYSH works with designated production partners to manufacture, prepare, finish, customize, or otherwise complete products supplied through our store.
Regardless of where production is completed or which fulfillment location is used, MYSH applies quality-control procedures before final dispatch.
Products may be reviewed against our requirements for materials, workmanship, finishing, appearance, order accuracy, packaging, and other relevant quality criteria.
Where applicable, products are also reviewed with reference to relevant product, safety, labeling, and destination-market requirements that apply to the merchandise being supplied.
A product's production location and the warehouse or logistics location used to fulfill the order may be different. The shipping origin shown on a parcel should therefore not be interpreted as the sole indicator of where the product was manufactured.
MYSH fulfills customer orders through a global network of fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, and shipping locations.
Because our product range includes a large number of SKUs, sizes, finishes, and customized options, not every product or variation is stocked at every warehouse or fulfillment location at all times.
Where suitable inventory is available, MYSH will generally prioritize fulfillment from an appropriate warehouse closer to the destination in order to improve delivery efficiency.
The final fulfillment location may also depend on inventory availability, product requirements, carrier coverage, customs arrangements, regional restrictions, operational capacity, and other reasonable logistics considerations.
If the required product is not available at the initially suitable fulfillment location, MYSH may check inventory across other locations and arrange inventory transfer, replenishment, consolidation, or alternative routing before final dispatch.
Customized or made-to-order merchandise may first be completed by an appropriate production partner and then transferred into MYSH's fulfillment and logistics network before final delivery.
MYSH does not publicly disclose every warehouse or logistics address within its global network.
Different locations may serve different functions, including inventory storage, regional fulfillment, consolidation, transit, carrier handoff, or other logistics operations. Inventory allocation, security arrangements, carrier coordination, operational capacity, and operating costs may also differ between locations.
The production, fulfillment, sender, warehouse, or tracking location associated with an order does not necessarily represent MYSH's business headquarters, the original production location, the original inventory location, or an address authorized to receive returns or after-sales shipments.
Additional shipping terms, delivery estimates, customs arrangements, inventory transfers, tracking procedures, and destination-specific conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy .
A product, size, finish, variation, or SKU may occasionally become temporarily unavailable at the fulfillment location initially selected for an order.
MYSH may source available stock from another suitable warehouse or arrange replenishment, inventory transfer, consolidation, or additional preparation rather than immediately cancelling the order.
These arrangements may extend processing beyond the normal processing period.
Where the order remains capable of fulfillment within a reasonable period and no customer action is required, MYSH may continue processing, replenishing, transferring, or preparing the order without issuing a separate individual notice.
If fulfillment becomes materially delayed, the product becomes unavailable for an extended period, customer action is required, or applicable law requires notification, MYSH may contact the customer using the order contact information.
Delivery periods stated by MYSH or displayed at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by inventory allocation, warehouse transfers, customization, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, destination restrictions, or events outside MYSH's reasonable control.

MYSH product prices are tax-inclusive where applicable, and we use our global fulfillment and shipping arrangements with the aim of minimizing additional import costs for customers.
In most cases, customers can receive their orders without paying additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
However, customs rules, tax policies, exemption thresholds, product classifications, and assessment procedures vary between jurisdictions.
MYSH cannot guarantee duty-free or tax-free delivery in every country or every individual case.
Any charges independently assessed by customs authorities, government agencies, customs brokers, or carriers may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise expressly stated by MYSH.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy .
MYSH operates multiple fulfillment, warehousing, transit, and logistics locations, but not every location is equipped or authorized to receive or process returns, exchanges, product inspections, repairs, maintenance, or other after-sales merchandise.
All returns and exchanges must first be reviewed and approved by MYSH and must be sent only to the after-sales location specifically designated for the applicable request.
The address from which the original order was shipped, a sender address displayed on the parcel, another MYSH-related warehouse, or an address previously provided for a different return must not be treated as an authorized return address unless MYSH specifically confirms it for the current request.
Merchandise sent to an unauthorized location may be delayed, refused, redirected, or require additional transportation before it can be processed.
Additional transportation, redirection, storage, customs, or handling costs resulting from shipment to an unauthorized address may be the customer's responsibility unless the customer followed incorrect instructions provided by MYSH or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund eligibility, timing, deductions, original shipping charges, promotional adjustments, payment-provider processing, and other refund conditions are governed by our Refund Policy .
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed by MYSH.
Customers should contact MYSH as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation of an order.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment, customization, production, packing, or dispatch.
Customized, engraved, personalized, resized, or made-to-order products may no longer be cancellable after production or preparation has begun.
Where cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy .
Customers are responsible for using, storing, cleaning, and maintaining products reasonably and in accordance with applicable product-care instructions.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, chemicals, improper storage, unauthorized alteration, excessive wear, or failure to follow reasonable care practices may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, feedback, or other content to MYSH, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
MYSH may moderate, remove, or decline content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.
Any use of customer content by MYSH will remain subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy .
The MYSH name, branding, website design, product photography, graphics, written content, logos, product presentation, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit, scrape, republish, or commercially use protected MYSH content without authorization.
You must not use the website or services to:
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or harm to the service.

MYSH is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third parties beyond the extent for which MYSH is legally responsible under applicable law.
Occasionally, information on the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing errors, availability errors, or other mistakes.
We reserve the right to correct such information, update the website, or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are otherwise provided on an “as available” basis, and MYSH does not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYSH will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the transaction.
Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MYSH's business operations in Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a customer of mandatory consumer protections or legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction or provides other mandatory dispute rights, these Terms do not override those rights.
MYSH may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, policies, legal obligations, or business practices.
The version published on this page will apply from the effective date shown above, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
