We specialize in creating custom jewelry from your idea, reference image, sketch, symbol or existing design. From signet rings and pendants to more distinctive forms, our team will review your concept and determine how it can be translated into a wearable piece.

Can you create jewelry from just a reference image?

Yes. You don't need a production-ready drawing. Send us the clearest reference images you have, and our team will review the shape, proportions and visible details before discussing what can realistically be recreated as jewelry.

What if my reference image is blurry or missing details?

That's okay. Some custom projects begin with imperfect references. We'll study the available information and communicate with you about unclear details. Where necessary, the design may go through several rounds of refinement before you approve the final direction.

Will I see the design before production begins?

Yes. For projects that require design development, we'll confirm the key details with you before moving into production. Depending on the project, this may include sketches, design views or other visual references.

What materials are available?

S925 sterling silver is at the core of MYSH custom work and the material we specialize in. Selected designs can also be upgraded to 18K gold. Material availability will be confirmed after we review your design and requirements.

What finishes can I choose from?

Depending on the design, we can create different surface expressions including bright polished silver, oxidized or vintage-style finishes, sandblasted textures and brushed finishes. We'll recommend suitable options based on the character and details of your piece.

Can I customize an existing MYSH design?

Yes. You can use an existing MYSH piece as your starting point and request changes such as engraving, symbols, surface finish or selected design details. Submit the product with your request and we'll review what can be modified.

How much does a custom piece cost?

Custom pricing depends on the design complexity, dimensions, material, weight, finish and production requirements. Because every project is different, we'll review your request first and provide pricing based on the confirmed specifications.

How long does custom production take?

Production time varies by project. More complex designs or projects requiring multiple design revisions may take longer. We'll provide an estimated timeline after the design, material and production requirements have been confirmed.

How do I start a custom project?
