MYSH-Jewelry Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through MYSH-Jewelry’s U.S. independent site. We fulfill all orders from our global warehouses and deliver to U.S. addresses via our cooperative logistics service.
Below is a detailed overview of our shipping fees, delivery options, processing times, and related terms to ensure transparency for your purchase of men’s jewelry (necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings, earrings, brooches).
1. Shipping Fees & Eligibility
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total and selected delivery speed.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available for U.S. domestic orders of $79 or more (before taxes).
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $79 (before taxes), a flat rate of $9.99 applies.
- Expedited Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $19.99 for faster delivery, regardless of order total.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. This applies even if the order is returned, canceled, or delayed after dispatch.
2. Order Processing Time
Processing time excludes weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and international holidays.
- Non-Customized Products: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized Products: Require 5–7 business days of production (as specified in your Customization Confirmation). Shipment begins only after quality inspection is completed.
We will notify you by email if processing is delayed beyond the standard time frame.
3. Delivery Options & Timelines
We offer two delivery tiers for U.S. domestic orders. All timelines are estimates.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, logistics peak seasons, regional bottlenecks, or other unforeseen factors. We will notify you of significant delays via email.
4. Shipping Address Rules & Modifications
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed delivery.
- Address changes are only allowed BEFORE shipment (during processing).
- To modify your address, email info@myshjewelry.com immediately with your order number and corrected details.
- No address changes are allowed after the package leaves our warehouse.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
- A $17.50 address modification fee may apply if requested before shipment, at the courier’s discretion.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing:

We will notify you by email if there are logistics abnormalities (e.g., 5+ business days of stagnation or delivery exceptions).
6. Risk Transfer & Shipping Insurance
Risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to you once the package is handed to the courier.
- Insured Orders: We assist with insurance claims for lost or damaged packages.
- Uninsured Orders: Compensation is limited to the courier’s standard liability (up to $100 per package).
We strongly recommend insurance for high-value items (engraved rings, gemstone pendants, etc.).
7. Undeliverable Packages
Packages marked undeliverable (wrong address, recipient unavailable, refused delivery) will be returned to our warehouse.
You may choose:
- Pay the applicable shipping fee to re-ship to a corrected address; OR
- Request a refund (minus original shipping fees and a 45% restocking fee).
Unclaimed packages with no response within 30 days will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
