These Terms of Service govern access to and use of myshjewelry.com, purchases from MYSH, and related features, content, communications, and customer services.
“MYSH,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of myshjewelry.com. “You” and “your” refer to each visitor, customer, account holder, or other user.
By using the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit an order through MYSH.

Natural variations, hand-finished details, patina, and minor differences that do not materially affect the product's identity or function are not normally considered defects.
Product packaging and included accessories may be updated without notice. Any material change affecting an accepted order will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Jewelry can develop surface marks, tarnish, patina, or signs of wear over time. Moisture, perspiration, cosmetics, fragrance, chemicals, impact, friction, and improper storage can affect appearance and durability.
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, unauthorized repair, alteration, or misuse is not a manufacturing defect. Customers with known sensitivities should review listed materials before purchase.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when the order is approved for processing or dispatch.

MYSH may offer seasonal, holiday, loyalty, first-order, limited-time, automatic, code-based, or product-specific promotions. Discount levels may vary from one campaign to another.
The applicable discount, eligible products, market, minimum purchase, validity period, stacking rules, exclusions, and other conditions will be shown in the relevant advertisement, promotion page, product page, email, banner, or checkout. The final total displayed at checkout controls the order.

Available methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method.
Payments are processed by independent payment providers. Their terms, privacy notices, eligibility checks, installment schedules, currency conversion, and fees may also apply. MYSH does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
Klarna and other deferred-payment services may conduct eligibility or risk assessments. Your payment obligations to the provider remain subject to its agreement, even when MYSH submits an order refund for processing.
We and our service providers may use automated or manual checks to verify identity, address, payment authorization, device information, and order risk. We may request additional information, place an order on hold, or cancel an order when verification cannot be completed.
Customized, engraved, personalized, resized, or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. You are responsible for reviewing all names, text, symbols, sizes, measurements, and other instructions before submitting the order.
Once production begins, cancellation or modification may be unavailable. These items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange, but remedies remain available for damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect production, or rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to eligibility and product condition:
For non-quality issues, including size selection, personal preference, or change of mind, the customer pays the authorized return shipping. For an approved exchange, MYSH pays the standard outbound shipping for the replacement item.
For verified quality issues, including manufacturing defects, transit damage, or an incorrect item, MYSH pays authorized return shipping and replacement shipping.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing and posting times depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or deferred-payment service.
Original shipping, expedited shipping, duties, taxes, return shipping, and third-party fees may be non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by MYSH or applicable law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or close accounts associated with fraud, abuse, security risks, or repeated violations of these Terms.
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, social post, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.
By submitting content directly to MYSH, tagging MYSH with permission to repost, or otherwise authorizing use, you grant MYSH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote the content in connection with MYSH.
We may moderate, decline, or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, or inconsistent with our community standards.
The MYSH name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, video, text, product presentation, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to MYSH and protected by applicable law.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. Personal, non-commercial viewing and shopping use is permitted. Reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission.
The website may use or link to ecommerce platforms, payment providers, carriers, social networks, review services, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other independent services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
MYSH is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability, security, decisions, or practices, except to the extent required by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features for security, operational, legal, or business reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every product will remain available or that every technical error will be corrected immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYSH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party services, or a purchase.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability relating to an order will generally not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims or losses caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, material violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of content without necessary permission.
MYSH is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, labor disruption, transportation interruption, customs delay, government action, telecommunications failure, or major third-party outage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law in your place of residence applies.
Before filing formal proceedings, you and MYSH agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting the other party. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court or tribunal with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing limits access to mandatory consumer remedies.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, operations, policies, or legal requirements. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date and apply prospectively, except where law requires otherwise.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcement does not waive the right to enforce later.
These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning use of the website and purchases from MYSH. More specific product or promotion terms control only to the extent of a direct conflict.
