Store it in the anti-tarnish pouch + jewelry box included in your package, and place it in a cool, dry place. This can effectively prevent silver from tarnishing and scratching.

For simple customization (e.g., letter/number engraving), it takes 1-2 extra business days; for custom style design, the production time is 5-7 business days (subject to the complexity of your design).
Q9: What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day free return & exchange service for all non-customized products. The jewelry must be in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) with all packaging accessories included. Customized products are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

Yes! All MYSH pure silver jewelry comes with a 12-month international warranty. We cover quality issues such as non-human damage to the silver surface and structural problems (contact our after-sales email for warranty service).
