We strive to match customization requirements accurately, but minor variations (e.g., slight differences in engraving depth, color nuances of materials) may occur and are not considered defects. We will provide photos/videos of the finished product for your confirmation before shipment, if requested.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship products from our China warehouse to your designated U.S. or international address via authorized international logistics providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx). Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Customized products, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable, except for defects or damages caused by our production errors.
